To start the return process, you can contact us at mail@buccaldental.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns where the packaging of the oral irrigator tips have been opened. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at; mail@buccaldental.com within 15 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Trades
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
